If you are installing the device drivers on the same device where you are downloading, you do not need to create an ISO image and can simply download and install the files. Refer to the informational videos section in this knowledge-base article for a video guide on how to download and install device drivers from Dell Drivers & Downloads website. I re-iterate if your bios does those things you need your system to do at a level that you are happy with, do not update the bios. If your BIOS does not do the things you wish your system to do and you have reason to believe that a bios update will resolve that issue then please do update the bios in the manner that is the most secure.
