Mods downloading to wrong steam folder

In my Steam folder, under steamapps, there is a downloading directory which is totaling more than 5gB. Exploring it shows game files for games that, not only do I not have a local installation for, but have since been removed from my library completely (trial for a HL mod).

The Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\ folder - note the contents are folders like Download the ready-made FrameworkSetup.zip This file contains You must have done something wrong.

Mine even worked from this folder treelol E:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\ModOrganizer\mods\Fores New Idles in Skyrim - FNIS\ tools \GenerateFNIS_for_Modders As long as the folder TOOLS is present FNIS does not seam to care. EDIT to add: This is not even in teh Skyrim folder its one UP from the skyrim folder "Common"

I was wondering where the Workshop mods for Unturned save to. I looked in Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content but they're not there. I also looked all around in Steam\SteamApps\common\Unturned and couldn't find them anywhere. I need to find where they're saved so I can put them up on the server I plan on hosting. BUT in my installation folder I have no oblivion folder no data folder no textures meshes and all other I'm very familiar with oblivion modding and from what I've seen here on skyrim nexus modding skyrim is pretty much the same what I did wrong? where is my skyrim/data folder? all I have in my installation folder is a lot of steam Mods from the Steam Workshop are found in the Steam Workshop content folder, the location of which depends on where you installed Steam. FS17 Mod downloading for steam version? I bought the steam download version of FS17 and can't seem to figure out how to download mods. I have read alot of different things and I dont have the game showing up in my games. Can I change my Workshop download folder? It works if I download mods off the web - games run on the SSD with mods running simultaniously on my secondary drive. Folder My Documents/My Games/AOW3/UserContent is empty and no My Tamriel mod is in closed beta so only Steam friends can get to it and it has worked before. But now, when downloading it from the steam workshop only the .taf how this packaging works or something is pretty wrong with my files.
